Salmon Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  • 1 15 1/2 oz. can salmon (flake, drain, set aside)
  • 2 T. butter
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/4 t. finely minced thyme
  • pepper to taste
Directions
  • Saute butter, onion, and celery until tender. 
  • Stir in all other remaining ingredients including salmon. Blend well.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring occationally.
  • Serve
