Pistachio Pudding Dessert

Ingredients
40 Ritz crackers
1 1/4 sticks butter
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 lg. container Cool Whip
6 Heath  Bar candy bars - smashed into very small chunks

Directions

  • Melt butter and crush Ritz crackers.  Mix together and spread in 9 x 13 pan.Bake 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
  • Mix pistachio pudding with milk until thick.  Add ice cream and spread over cooled crumbs.
  • Freeze
  • When solid spread Cool Whip on top.
  • Garnish with crushed Heath Bars
  • Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
