Ingredients
40 Ritz crackers
1 1/4 sticks butter
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 lg. container Cool Whip
6 Heath Bar candy bars - smashed into very small chunks
Directions
- Melt butter and crush Ritz crackers. Mix together and spread in 9 x 13 pan.Bake 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
- Mix pistachio pudding with milk until thick. Add ice cream and spread over cooled crumbs.
- Freeze
- When solid spread Cool Whip on top.
- Garnish with crushed Heath Bars
- Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
