1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dry Italian salad dressing mix

3 oz. fully cooked ham, sliced
3 oz salami or pepperoni, diced
1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese (6 oz)
1  15 oz (13 inches) Italian bread shell -   Boboli brand or Pillsbury Pizza Crust

 Directions
In a small mixing bowl stir together celery, olives, peppers, olive oil, garlic, and salad dressing mix.  Cover and chill overnight
Stir ham, salami, and cheese into olive mixture.  Spoon atop bread shell.  Bake, uncovered in 375 oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
