Avocado Chicken Salad (No mayo!)
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
- salt and
pepper, to taste.
- optional 1/2 cup green grapes, cut in half
- optional 1/2 cup pecan halves
- optional 1/2 cup diced celery

Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all
Note: This does not keep well. The avocado may turn brownish and the lime juice may tenderise the chicken if left too long.
