Quick Pecan Pie

The caramel sauce instead of Karo syrup is a nice twist to this pie.
I love to eat a slice slightly warm with a scoop of icecream on the side.
Delicious.

Quick Pecan Pie

Mix together
3 eggs
3 T soft butter
1 cup dark brown sugar

To this mixture add
2 T Bourbon
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon
Pinch of salt

After all is mixed together add 1 1/2 cup pecan halves to the mixture.
Pour all into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375 for about 40 min.
