Jell-O Shots (alcohol)

These jell-O shots can be adapted to fit any occasion.  Just substitute the jell-O and spices for a different flavor.  For example, you could use cherry jell-O and a green maraschino cherry for Christmas.

Halloween Jell-O Shots
Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
6 yes six pkgs. orange jell-O
1 1/2 cup vodka
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions

• Thoroughly dissolve jell-O in boiling water
• In the vodka dissolve the brown sugar and pumpkin spice.
• Pour the two liquids together and stir thoroughly to dissolve all  ingredients
• Place a maraschino cherry in a mini muffin tin and fill with jell-O shot liquid.
• (Alternative).  If you have a  lollipop mold you could use that instead, or you could just pour into a jellyroll pan and cut out shapes with Halloween shaped cookie cutters.
