Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust
1 large package unsweetened strawberry Jell-O
2 1/4 cups boiling water
1 bag frozen whole strawberries
1/2 tub non-fat whipped topping
Fresh strawberries for garnish if desired.
Directions
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Add frozen berries.
- Stir until slightly thickened
- Pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerate
- Add topping after Jell-O is set up.
- Top with fresh berries if desired.
