This Mandarin Orange Salad has been a family
favorite for over twenty years.
Clean and tear romaine, spinach or Boston lettuce (or use a
mixture) with
2 T parsley, minced
3-4 chopped green onions
Combine above and chill.
Before serving add 1 can mandarin oranges, well drained.
Prepare below dressing at least two hours in advance and
chill
¼ cup- salad oil
2 T tarragon vinegar
2 T sugar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup sliced almonds
Shake dressing well prior to pouring over salad!
