My dear friend from North Carolina gave me this recipe. It is so o o refreshing on a hot afternoon.
Ingredients
Large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Medium container Cool Whip - thawed. (Save half for pie topping)
1 graham cracker crust
1 maraschino cherry (optional)
Directions
- Whip instant pudding with the juice from the pineapple until thick
- Fold in pineapple and Cool whip
- Place in prepared graham cracker crust pie shell
- Top with the other half of the Cool Whip
- Garnish with a few graham cracker crumbs and a cherry in the middle.
- Refrigerate
