Strawberry Margarita Jello Shots and Kids Version

This is a fun little recipe.  You could make a kid version by preparing the jello and eliminating the alcohol.  It would be like finger jello in a strawberry.  I would dip it in a little crystal sugar, or maybe sprinkles.  Fun for a soccer game treat.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA JELLO SHOTS

Prepare fresh strawberries as shown in picture. 

Dip rim of strawberry in margarita salt

(I like to put them in a mini muffin tin or empty egg carton for stability)

Prepare 1 Cup boiling Water and pour in bowl
Dissolve one packet of strawberry jello in water.

Add 3/4 Cup Tequila and 1/4 Cup Triple Sec

Pour into prepared strawberries. (a turkey baster works great)

Refrigerate until firm.
