Blueberry Pizza

This is quick and yummy, a big hit at a summer gathering.
                                      Connie Ruch's Blueberry Pizza
Ingredients:
Pillsbury Pie Crust
2 cups of blueberries
1 cup of sugar
1 cup flour
½ cup butter
Directions:
Roll out the Pie Crust when it is at room temperature at 1/8 inch thickness.  Place on a  pizza pan and crimp the edges as you would a traditional pie.  In a separate bowl mix the sugar, flour, and softened butter until crumbly.  Pour 2 cups of blueberries on the pie crust and sprinkle the butter, sugar, flour mixture on top of the blueberries.  Bake at 400 degrees and then turn heat down to 350 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes. Add whipped cream
