My daughter-in-law, Paige, served this with hot rolls at Christmas day dinner. I know why they call it "crac," totally addictive...love it....
"Crack" Herb Butter Spread
Ingredients:1/4 lb unsalted butter at room temperature
1 1/2 t. minced scallions
1 1/2 t. minced fresh dill
1 1/2 t. minced fresh parsley
1/2 t. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 t. kosher salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on low speed until combined. Do not whip. Spread on thin sliced baguette bread. Top with sliced radishes and sea salt if you like.
