Marguerites

Marguerites

2 eggs
I cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts  ( I used pecans)
touch of vanilla and salt

Bake in 3/4 inch diameter tins - greased  ( I used my 2 madeleine  pans and it worked well)

Oven at 350 degrees
I baked them in a convection oven  for about 10 mins.

I would also add that I filled the tins 2/3 full and greased them heavily or it is hard to get the cookies out.  I pried a corner up and got them out right after cooking and flipped them over to cool so the shell design looks good.  It makes 2 dozen of the shell pattern cookies.

They are light and delicious.
