Gorgonzola Sauce
(goes well on beef tenderloin and many vegetables)
Ingredients
4 cups heavy cream
3 to 4 oz. crumbly gorgonzola
3 T grated parmesan
¾ tsp. kosher salt
¾ tsp. pepper
3 T fresh parsley
Bring to a full boil, over medium heat, the heavy cream.
Boil for 45 to
50 minutes (until thick) stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and add both kinds of cheese, salt, pepper, and
parsley – whisk all together. Serve warm
