AIR FRYER GATEAU APERATIF
Ingredients:
1 box store-bought puff pastry
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cracked pepper
½ tsp black sesame seeds
1/8 tsp salt
3 tsp parmesan cheese, freshly grated
METHOD:
Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl. Then stir in the cheese. Press seasoning on both sides of the pastry. Then cut the pastry into 1” x 3” strips.
Twist each strip 2 times and then lay flat. Transfer to the air fryer and fry at 400F for 9-10 mins. Serve with a glass of champagne!
