 Mystery Salad

1 – 3 oz. package raspberry gelatin

3 oz. water

1 – 1 pound can stewed tomatoes, break up with a spoon or fork and drain (reserve juice)

2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)

¾ C. sour cream

1 TBL horseradish

 

Dissolve the gelatin in water and reserved juice

Heat to boiling

Remove from heat and add 2-3 drops of hot pepper sauce and tomatoes

Pour into a three-cup mold and chill until firm

Mix sour cream and horseradish and serve as dressing
