Sauce
In a small sauce pan add
- 1 Tbl. flour
- 1/2 c. vinegar.
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 2 Tbl. vinegar
- 1 the juice from 1 8oz. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup ( save pineapple for later.)
Pour sauce over the following mixture and stir well
- Reserved drained pineapple
- 8 c. diced granny smith apples
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
