Ingredients
- 3 medium onions, diced
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded and diced\
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 lbs. ground round
- 40 oz. ketsup
- 6 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 1/2 t. yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 t. cider vinegar
- 1T. worchestire sauce
- Brown onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic in oil until fork tender.
- Add ground beef to mixture and continue to thoroughly brown.
- Add ketsup, tomato sauce, oregano, cumin, mustard, vinegar, and worchestire sauce to mixture
- Let simmer to combine flavors.
- Serve on buns.
