Anne MacIntyre's Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:
Uncooked pie crust (1 lattice top and 1 bottom)
2  1/2 cups rhubarb
2 Tablespoons flour
1  1/2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup raisins
1 egg beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white Karo syrup

Instructions:
Mix sugar, flour, egg, salt, Karo, and butter.  Cut rhubarb lengthwise then in 3/4" lengths.  Add rhubarb and raisins to sugar mixture.  Pour into 9" pie crust.  Make lattice top crust. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes, or 375 for 60 minutes.
