Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tablespoons sugar
Pinch salt
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter

 Directions
Bring 1 1/2 cups cream sugar, and salt to a boil.  Meanwhile melt chocolate with remaining 1/2 cup cream.  Combine the two mixtures and continue to cook slowly until desired thickness. Add butter, stirring constantly.  Set aside until ready to use.  Keep refrigerated if storing left over sauce.
