Delicious Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
  1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs.-(cinnamon flavor) 
   ½ cup of granulated sugar
  4 tablespoons (½ stick of butter) melted
  2 (14 oz ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  1 cup of key lime juice (bottle) or regular lime juice
  1 tiny drop of green food coloring (optional)
  2 whole eggs
  1 cup of sour cream
  2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  1 tablespoon lime zest

Directions
 Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1.  In a bowl mix the graham cracker crumbs with your hands.  Press the mixture in a 9 inch pie pan and bake until brown about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature before filling.

2.  Lower the oven temperature
to 325 degrees

3. In a separate bowl. combine the condensed milk, lime juice, and eggs and a little drop of green food coloring.  Whisk until well blended and place the filling in a cooled pie shell.  Bake in the oven for 15 minutes and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours. 

4. Once chilled the sour cream and powdered sugar and spread over the top of the pie using a spatula. Sprinkle the lime zest as garnish on top of the sour cream and served chilled.
