Pennsylvania Red Cabbage

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (I usually leave this out, but you may like it)
2 cups shredded red cabbage
3/4 cup coarsely chopped apple

Directions
Mix brown sugar, vinegar, oil in saucepan and cook 2-3 minutes.  Add cabbage, apples, caraway seed (optional) and continue to cook 10 - 12 minutes.
NOTE:  A crispy bacon garnish on top can be yummy!
