Pineapple/Coconut Frozen Rum Slush

In a freezer safe, recloseable container mix together and freeze the following:
1 large can pineable juice
1 large can cream of coconut
11 1/2 oz. Real Lemon
1/5 Rum (the alcohol keeps this mixture slushy)

When you are ready to serve use an icecream scoop full of slush mixture in a glass and top off with     7 UP and stir.
Lovely on a hot moonlit evening on the deck
Do not drink and drive.:)
