See's Fudge

A big hit at the Annual P.E.O. Fundraiser!

Ingredients
1 stick butter
3, 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 oz. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 can evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar

Butter 9 x13 pan
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Bring sugar and milk to a boil in a 2 qt. or larger sauce pan. STIR CONSTANTLY for 10 minutes.
Pour over the ingredients in the mixing bowl, mix thoroughly, and pour into buttered pan.
Chill and enjoy.  I store this in the refrigerator because it is so creamy, just take it out to soften before serving.
