Toffee Pecan Pie

Here is a new twist on an old favorite.

Toffee Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1 pie crust
3 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ stick melted butter
pinch salt
2 cups pecans
1 1/4 cups toffee bits

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, melted butter and salt until well-combined. Stir in pecans and toffee bits.
Pour into pie crust and place into the 350º F oven until the pie has lightly browned and has set throughout, about 45 minutes to one hour.
