Chicken and Dressing Casserole

This is like instant Thanksgiving on the cheap.

Chicken and Dressing Casserole

Butter bottom and sides of 9 X 13 casserole dish
Layer the following:
Shred a purchased cooked rotisserie chicken and layer bottom of the pan
Place shredded swiss cheese overall or you could use slices.
Combine 1 large can of cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can of milk.  Pour over chicken and cheese.

In a bowl combine 1 box of StoveTop brand chicken dressing with 1 and 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/4 cup water.  Spread the moistened dressing over the top of the casserole.  I like my dressing to be soft and moist.  Do not overbake.

Optional:  You can drizzle am additional 1/2 stick butter over the top of all.
Serving suggestion:  Serve with cranberry sauce.  At Thanksgiving, you could substitute turkey leftovers for the chicken.
Bake 350 for 30 min.
