Cucumber Dill Salad

Easily increase amount if desired, maintaining proportions
Ingredients:
2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Dressing
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 Tablespoons fresh dill
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh pepper to taste
Directions
Combine cucumber, onion, and dill.
Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over salad. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Best served immediately. ( If you want it to last long slice the cucumber a little more thickly.
