 Whipped Cream Chicken Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken - diced

1 1/2 cups celery, sliced or diced

2 TBLS parsley, chopped

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream - whipped

1 cup mayonnaise

2 TBLS lemon juice

1/2 cup almonds - slivered and toasted

1 tsp dill weed

Directions

~In a large bowl toss chicken with celery, parsley, salt, and pepper.  Mix well.
~Gently fold in whipped whipping cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and almonds until well combined,
~Refrigerate until well chilled, preferably overnight.

Tips: 

~I mix the dressing in a separate bowl until well combined and then add it to the chicken mixture.
~Grapes cut in half are a lovely addition.
