Chocolate Eclair Dessert - Men love this dessert

Ingredients
  • 2 packages Jello Instant Pie Filling - French Vanilla
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 9oz. Cool Whip or Cool Whip Lite
Directions
  • Mix instant pudding and milk with mixer until thick, fold in Cool Whip - set aside
  • Place one layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 cake pan.
  • Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture over graham cracker layer
  • Continue layering graham cracker and pudding mixture until you have 4 layers of graham crackers, ending with a layer of graham crackers.
  • Make frosting as follows: (Pour over cake, should be a little runny, in order to make a glaze type frosting.)
    • 2 T. hot milk - might need a little more milk)
    • 2 cups confectioner sugar
    • 2 T. cocoa powder
Refrigerate over night, or at least 4 hours.
