Ingredients
- 2 packages Jello Instant Pie Filling - French Vanilla
- 3 cups milk
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 9oz. Cool Whip or Cool Whip Lite
- Mix instant pudding and milk with mixer until thick, fold in Cool Whip - set aside
- Place one layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 cake pan.
- Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture over graham cracker layer
- Continue layering graham cracker and pudding mixture until you have 4 layers of graham crackers, ending with a layer of graham crackers.
- Make frosting as follows: (Pour over cake, should be a little runny, in order to make a glaze type frosting.)
- 2 T. hot milk - might need a little more milk)
- 2 cups confectioner sugar
- 2 T. cocoa powder
