Ingredients

Cups cooked chicken (rotisserie works great!)
1/2
Cup slivered almonds
1
can sliced water chestnuts - 8 oz
1
Cup green pepper, chopped
1/2
small jar pimientos, drained
1
can mandarin oranges, drained
Dressing:
1
Cup mayonnaise
2
TB lemon juice
1
tsp salt
1
tsp dry mustard
1
tsp curry - or more, to taste
1
TB minced onion
1
TB catsup
Mix
all together. Can be made the day ahead for flavors to blend.
Tip: Add the mandarin oranges last and GENTLY fold in so they don't
break apart.
