Ingredients:
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
2 3 oz. packages softened cream cheese
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt (how cute!)
Fruit preserves - raspberry and/or apricot - any flavor you like
Powdered (confectioners) sugar
Instructions"
Mix butter, flour, cream cheese, and salt. Form dough into small 1" balls. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll each ball out and spread with 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry or apricot preserve. Fold over turnover style and pinch edges together. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 until light brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
