Spicy Tuna and Spinach Cucumber Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup canned tuna, drained
- 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery
- 2 tablespoons paleo mayo
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoons pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients except the tomatoes and cucumbers in a large bowl. Stir until well combined and season with salt and pepper. Top the cucumbers with the cherry tomato slices and a spoonful of tuna salad, and serve.
