Peanutbutter Cup Cookies

 Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 

1 ¾ C. flour

 ½ tsp. salt 

1 tsp. baking soda 

½ C. butter, softened

 ½ C. white sugar 

½ C light brown sugar, packed 

½ C. peanut butter 

1 egg 

1 tsp.  vanilla 

2 TBL milk 

40 miniature peanut butter cups (Remove the wrappings before you bake the cookies as it takes a while to unwrap them) 

Instructions

Sift flour, salt, baking soda Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter until fluffy Beat in egg, vanilla & milk Add flour mixture & mix well Shape into 40 walnut size balls & place in ungreased miniature muffin pan Bake 8 minutes at 375 Remove from oven & immediately press a peanut butter cup into each ball Cool in pan & carefully remove (I loosen the cookie with a toothpick and pop out of pan)
